This Facilities Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between PCEA Neema Church, located at 201 Coburn St, Lowell, MA 01850, and the individual or organization requesting use of church facilities (“User”).

Purpose and Use

The church agrees to provide facilities for use only for the specified event and dates, provided that:

• The Agreement is fully executed by both parties

• All required fees are paid at least seven (7) days before the event

Use of the premises must align with Christian values. The following are strictly prohibited:

– Alcoholic beverages

– Smoking or abusive drugs

– Secular music

– Unauthorized personal instruments

Facilities Available

Users may request access to the following rooms and equipment:

– Main Hall / Church

– English Service Hall

– Sunday School Room 1

– Sunday School Room 2

– Commercial Kitchen (non-cooking use only)

– Media Equipment

Fees and Packages

Cleaning Fee: $300 per event

Media Packages:

– Audio Only: $300 (3 hrs), $100/hr extra

– Audio + Screen Projection: $600 (3 hrs), $200/hr extra

– Audio + Projection + Streaming: $900 (3 hrs), $300/hr extra

Musical Instruments: $300 per person (3 hrs), $100/hr extra

Catering: $200 – operated by authorized church kitchen staff only

Additional Requirements & Restrictions

– No personal or outside instruments allowed

– Only authorized individuals may operate church equipment

– Site must be vacated at the agreed end time and left clean

– Users are liable for any property damage

– Supervision is required for all children

– Stay within assigned rooms – do not move furniture between spaces

– No tape, glitter, nails, or wall-damaging decorations allowed

– All cars must park in designated areas

Legal & Liability

Users agree to release and hold harmless PCEA Neema Church, its trustees, staff, and volunteers from any liability or claims arising from use of the premises. This agreement supersedes any verbal or written terms not explicitly included here. Only written approvals are valid.

Acceptance of Terms

By signing or submitting the facility request form, the User acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and responsibilities listed in this Facilities Use Agreement.
